A Rauhnacht ritual in the snowy mountains of the Allgäu led me to several years of training in shamanic work at the Tunritha School for European Shamanism . I have completed it and am now once again completely "enthusiastic" about the soulfulness of the world, on the journey to the origin.
my way to nordic shamanism
My Journey into Shamanism mimics the shape of a Celtic double spiral. It starts from the center with childlike "enthusiasm". When I was in nature, stories flowed towards me. I saw forest kings and forest queens moving through their green realm as if I were daydreaming. Then I blinked and they were gone. ​
My name is Anna-Sophie, I was born in Berlin in 1979, where I live with my son and Familie live.
After a degree in medieval literature and another in textiles and design (and some professional detours) I'm I came to shamanic journeys with Anette Tunritha Baumgarten and found my calling in shamanic work.
