my way to nordic shamanism
My Journey into Shamanism mimics the shape of a Celtic double spiral. It starts from the center with childlike "enthusiasm". When I was in nature, stories flowed towards me. I saw forest kings and forest queens moving through their green realm as if I were daydreaming. Then I blinked and they were gone. ​
My name is Anna-Sophie, I was born in Berlin in 1979, where I live with my son and Familie live.
After a degree in medieval literature and another in textiles and design (and some professional detours) I'm I came to shamanic journeys with Anette Tunritha Baumgarten and found my calling in shamanic work.

Anna is "it". She is "Shaman" body and soul. She works where we can't go and pulls the other worlds into our reality so that we can live better and easier and happier.
She is the good witch who sees and says things we cannot see and say; who creates connections and contexts that we would never think of and naturally works tirelessly to heal the earth.
Woman can fully trust her and embark on healing journeys with her to gain new hope and new strength.
